Goupille and Souchon were very much responsible for inciting racial hatred during the 1999 riots in the Republic of Mauritius following the murder of the popular creole singer Kaya in his Police cell!
We should not have an ounce of respect and sympathy for people who react in a bestial manner while they have been responsible for letting paedophiles populate the ranks of the Catholic Church in Mauritius....
